1. Dual Licensing Model

Andoriña is distributed under a dual licensing model to balance open collaboration with professional use:

Open Source (AGPL-3.0): The software is free for personal, educational, and non-profit research. Forks are allowed provided they maintain the same license and publish their source code.
Commercial Use: Any use within a company, organization, or for-profit entity requires a paid Commercial License.
Trademark Protection: The "Andoriña" name and logo are protected. They cannot be used in derivative projects or forks without explicit permission.

Misuse of Andoriña is strictly prohibited.

Prohibitions: You shall not use Andoriña for SPAM, harassment, phishing, or any activity that violates WhatsApp Terms of Service.
Disclaimer: The software is provided "as is". The project lead assumes no responsibility for account bans, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of this local tool.

Andoriña operates under the principle of Absolute Local Privacy:

Local Execution: 100% of the processing of your messages, contacts, and files happens on your own machine.
No Middleman Servers: We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to any external server other than WhatsApp or Google (via official APIs).
Cookies: This informational website does not use tracking or analytical cookies (zero Google Analytics).
